There’s free on-site parking for our guests to use.

Dogs are welcome in some bedrooms and public spaces including the reception, gardens, Terrace, and The Village Inn. A nightly charge of £15 applies. Please note, dogs aren’t permitted in all Premier or Deluxe rooms or suites.

Several rooms are suitable for guests with limited mobility or who use wheelchairs. Just let us know your requirements in advance so we can help you find the best option.

To charge your electric vehicle, you can easily register a personal account on the Monta app. In the ‘Me’ section, select ‘Join a team’ and enter the team code thurlest-5756 to access our on-site chargers at a discounted rate.

Faster chargers are also available in our garage, just let us know in advance if you’d like to book a space.

Dining

Dressing for dinner is part of the experience here. Smart-casual attire is kindly requested, and jackets are preferred for gentlemen. We ask that guests avoid shorts and sportswear.

Of course! Children are welcome. A children’s supper is served daily between 17:00 and 18:00. Children aged 12 and under may also dine in the restaurant with adults between 18:30 and 19:30, when the children’s menu is available.

Please do. Let us know when booking if your party includes children – and if you’ll need high chairs or space for buggies, so we can make sure everything’s in place for your visit.

Yes, of course! The Village Inn is a relaxed and family-friendly spot to eat. A dedicated children’s menu is available every day.

Absolutely. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome, whether you're inside by the fire or out enjoying the sunshine.

Yes. We have outdoor tables available, though we kindly ask guests not to take food or drinks outside after 21:00, out of consideration for our neighbours.

Yes. The Terrace Bar has two outdoor terraces, as well as an indoor conservatory for cooler days.

Stays

You can check in to our rooms and suites any time after 16:00, and check out any time before 11:00.

For the right occasion, yes – particularly for Christmas parties and large-scale celebrations. Get in touch with our team to talk through options, numbers and possibilities.

Spa

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool. They cannot use the thermal suite or gym, and are not permitted in the pool after 18:00.

The Voyage Spa is open daily from 8:00-21:00.

Please shower before entering the pools. Towels and lockers are provided, and we kindly ask you not to wear your outdoor shoes poolside.

Only with a Gold Voucher – members may purchase up to four guest passes per year, valid for seven days.

The indoor pool averages 27°C (84°F); the outdoor pool ranges from 26–28°C (82–84°F).
