We are delighted to announce that we have now partnered with an executive car and chauffeur company, based here in the village. A luxurious Mercedes car will arrive at your home, the chauffeur will assist with your luggage and drive you to Thurlestone allowing you to enjoy a stress-free journey;
all the benefits of a wonderful holiday, without the drive.
We are pleased to offer this service to all guests staying five nights or more at a reduced cost of £225 each way (within 150 miles from Thurlestone Hotel) The reception team will make all of the arrangements for you making the whole experience as seamless as possible.
Our aim is to enable those of you who are no longer able to travel or can’t drive as far,
to continue to enjoy the Thurlestone Hotel.

The Harry Colt-designed course is a mix of links and cliff top terrain, providing breath-taking views of the legendary Thurlestone Rock to the East and the beautiful Avon Estuary and Burgh Island to the West. The course is one of the most exhilarating you can play in South Devon, with majestic rocky seascapes above coves where
smugglers once operated.

South Devon Vineyard Tour
This June join us for a tour of the local Vineyards and enjoy tasting local wines.
The itinerary will include:
Friday evening, you will be welcomed with an evening with Christopher Piper wines and a local wine maker, followed by dinner in our Trevilder Restaurant celebrating English Wines.
Saturday morning enjoy breakfast with a view, followed by a tour of our most local vineyard at Bantham. Followed by lunch, and wine tasting at Calancombe Estate.
On Sunday we visit our final vineyard at Sandbridge Barton the home of Sharpham Wine. Indulge in a delicious lunch in their restaurant followed by a tasting and tour of the grounds.
Return to the hotel for our final dinner of the weekend.
