What Is Golf Frisbee?

Golf Frisbee (also known as disc golf) is played much like traditional golf, but instead of hitting a ball into a hole, players throw a specially designed frisbee towards a series of targets. The aim is to complete the course in as few throws as possible — simple, active, and great fun!
