Time Management Techniques: Efficient ways to manage time to ensure self-care activities fit into busy schedules.
Creating a Self-Care Routine: How to establish and stick to a daily and weekly self-care routine when you are a busy working mum.
A buffet lunch will be served to the group.

After breakfast on Sunday, it is time for your second workshop. Please don’t worry, checkout won’t be until after the workshop.
